Who we are
BlueJ is operated by BlueJ Business Services Sdn. Bhd., Wisma Suria, Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia ("BlueJ", "we"). By creating an account or using BlueJ, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
BlueJ gives businesses a branded online storefront, order management, marketing and customer tools, and Jay, an AI assistant. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including any staff accounts you create. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free trial and plans
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is needed. After the trial you choose a plan — Starter (RM80/month), Growth (RM150/month) or Pro (RM250/month) — or stop. If no plan is chosen, your account is suspended. Plans are month to month with no lock-in, and you can cancel anytime. Staff accounts are charged per seat as shown on our pricing page.
Zero commission and fees
BlueJ charges businesses zero commission on orders: you keep 100% of the price you set. A service fee is added on top and paid by the customer, and delivery fees are set by our logistics partners and shown to the customer at checkout.
Your customers and your data
The customer data collected through your storefront belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to run your account and never sell it. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including any marketing messages you send.
Third-party services
Payments, delivery and some features are provided with the help of third-party partners. Their availability and terms may affect what we can offer, and we are not responsible for outages or decisions outside our control.
Jay and AI features
Jay is powered by AI and can make mistakes, so please review important information before relying on it. Jay only makes changes to your business, such as creating a voucher or updating your menu, after you ask or confirm.
Acceptable use
Use BlueJ only for lawful businesses and activity. Do not sell prohibited or illegal goods or services, mislead customers, interfere with the platform, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep BlueJ running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, BlueJ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant we will let you know, and continuing to use BlueJ after the change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
